Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email when your order is shipped. Usually orders are dispatched next day Monday to Friday.
The product doesn't work!
Please contact us explaining exactly what doesn't work. There is a full warranty on everything excluding sensors. So you will get a working product or your money back.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, we can send products worldwide. EU orders will be posted from our office in Bulgaria and will be free of additional charges.
Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we do. International orders are posted from UK using Royal mail.
How long does it take to arrive?
Orders within the UK are sent by First Class service so arrive the next day. EU orders usually take less than a week. International orders will take longer.
How much are the shipping charges?
Postage within the UK is £4. Worldwide postage is £10.
